Hi! I'm Georgia (she/her), a therapist who believes healing happens through genuine connection. I'm passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, build self-confidence, and create lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
Many of the clients I work with struggle with chronic anxiety, people pleasing, relationship challenges, low self-esteem and life transitions, leaving them feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. Through compassionate collaboration, some light humor, and gentle challenging, I help clients gain insight into how past experiences shape their current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Together, we will find practical coping strategies to achieve emotional resilience and a stronger sense of control while creating a life aligning with your values.
I hold a Master’s degree from Boston College’s Social Work program and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. Throughout my work in community mental health and private practice, I've had the privilege of supporting young adults and adults through periods of anxiety, overwhelm, and life transitions. These experiences also led me to develop a special interest in working with the perinatal population.
With advanced training from Postpartum Support International, I became Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C). I have experience supporting people who are pregnant or postpartum who feel anxious and like they can't catch a break. I'm here to help you develop practical coping strategies and to offer a non-judgmental space to process difficult emotions.
Outside of the therapy world—I am a human! I enjoy watching (and talking about) shows on Bravo, trying new restaurants, walking along the ocean on the North Shore, and can be found at the beach whenever our New England weather allows!
I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you through whatever challenges you’re currently experiencing. You’re not in this alone!
